what is this unit?
Does anyone know what's this unit and what is it for (shown with an arrow in the picture)?

I removed it from the car. It looks like a vacuum control unit, and seems two EGR valves and some vacuum hoses are connected to it.

I think its the EA/CC/ISC Actuator.

hard to tell, but in the pic it looks like your pointing towards the air pump bracket?

It seems that this unit is linked to more emission controls (California?). We don't have them in Europe Saves some weight up front
