Well, anyone using Dragon intakes? I'm interested in finding out what kind of HP gains people are getting.

I too have an in-line 6 and am interested in the bright yellow one. Also, anyone know where I can get a aluminum rear wing? I saw this killer SL from India......LOL

Just kidding!

As of now the K&N drop in filter is the best on gains. The OEM intake setup is pretty good. It sucks in cold air from the front to make the air more dense. This "dragon" setup will allow a lot of hot air from the engine to get sucked into it. Do any of you know what the filter elemet is made of? It looks like foam or something which is highly unrecommended by car manufacturers. The only other setup that looks better than a K&N dropped in the factory box is this. Please don't try to sue me for this picture. Some people seem to think they own a picture after it is posted on the internet. As ugly as this is, It is the only thing I think that will work better than the factory airbox. As you can see, the cold air intake tube was left in place. He used heat sheilding material to make sure only cold air gets to it.

I don't know what is worse. The fact that the car exists or the fact that 21 people actually bid on it and it sold!

Wow that pic wit the dragon intake looks tight! Thats exactly what i wanna do to my car... Whos pic was that btw? I wanna know how is it...

Btw Weapon R does offer their own heat shield which looks like this:

Too bad they don't make it in carbon fiber...otherwise i'd be happier...

LOL thats a cool car! I like the wing...very nice work done... They should make a wood bumper for the front too... Can it move tho? with all the extra weight...lol!

Peace

That kind of defeats the purpose of the open air cone shape.

I thought so too but it seem to dense up the air and allow only cold air to be suck right in...so it should be fine

Yeah I guess. It's starting to look more and more like the same concept of the factory airbox though. That guy is going to need the Tornado to straighten out the airflow after going through that airduct pipe. He would probably get more airflow if he just disconnected it.
