How Do You Change The Wiper Blade, Single Wiper, Arm Does Not Appear To Come Far Enough From The Screen To Remove The Blade, What The Flip Am I Doing Wrong

The arm will pull back. Just pull it away from the windshield. It may take a little bit more force than you would think is necessary. Do it slowly and if something seems like it's wrong, stop and maybe go to a gas station and have them do it.
