Heated seat?

I have a 1998 C230 2.3 4cyl. It has power seats but they are not heated

. I live in Minnesota, It gets very cold up here. Is there any way I could buy used heated seats an a switch out of another w202 and rig it up? how complicated is that circuit?

you could try used heated seats from a junk yard, but there is a small chance that it is just a fuse or the wires underneath. you may need to measure voltage in the circuit. did you spill on them?

No no, My car didnt come equipped with heated seats.

I would not buy used at this point. They are probably going to be iffy on reliability at this point. You might want to look for new dash pieces with the correct switches and switch holes to make it look OEM. http://www.heatedseatkits.com/index.html
