If your motor is still running you need a new antenna mast. You can buy one here for $55.05. http://www.bimmerzone.com/default.wws

Nope, all you need is a wrench to unscrew the fitting at the base of the antenna. The you power up the radio and the motor pushes the old antenna out. Feed the new antenna in, turn the radio off, and the motor pulls the new antenna in. I think instructions are included with the new mast.

my problem is the other way around. My Antenna won't scroll back down. Stuck! I took it to the dealer and they said that because of my after market system does not have enough juice to power the antenna. i asked for it to be manually scrolled back down but the *******s wanted to charge me $150. The dealer told me that if they did manually put it down....it may automaticly scroll back up if i run over a bump or some sort and kick enough juice come back up. Im NOw trying to figure out a way to do it myself...any suggestions?

Your dealer is telling you a crock because he doesn't want to take the five minutes to change it for you. If your aftermarket radio is correctly installed and the blue wire coming out the back of your radio is actually hooked up, there should be no problem. If your dealer says the radio is what gives it the juice, he's an idiot. 12 volts is 12 volts no matter where it comes from.
