Oil Pan
1998 C280
It appears that I may have a leaky oil pan issue . If the leak is coming from the oil pan, my question is- are there any components in the way that would prevent it from being a straight drop? I use a Haynes manual for reference although it is for other C-Class models and it states that the suspension anti roll bar should be removed.
Also, is there a gasket for the pan or do we use gasket maker?
Thanks For your help
By the way smoke comes up from the rear of the engine compartment
