All after market projector lights are made in Taiwan. Whether you get them from ebay or any accessory shop, they all came from one country. Expect all of them to have the same quality. I got mine on ebay from a US seller but the item has a marking, made in Taiwan.

I'll go ask my brother for the device, you have my number so just let me know. My headlamps are U.S. version so I had to put an H4 on the main one and H3 on the side. I don't have a fog lamps on my bumper, but in case you do, I think that's H1
