Racing my C230K

Hello Fellow MB Owners..

Just wanted to know that my little 99 C230K with just a K&N filter spanked a few cars....

I've had a chance to race a couple of 3series BMW's off the line up to 100Km/h.. a short sprint...

Spanked a '98 328 BMW by 1.5 car lengths
Spanked a '02 325 BMW by 2 car lengths
Punished a '97 EXR Accord while having an extra person in my car
Punished a '02 V6 Legacy while having an extra person in my car
Wasted a '00 Acura GS while having 3 people in my car.
Smoked a '00 Sunfire... wasn't even funny..

Yet to race a 2000 Honda Prelude
Yet to race Acura RSX
Yet to race 2000 Honda Accord V6
Yet to race Audi 1.8T and 2.8V6
Yet to race VW Golf 1.8T and VR6
Yet to race Toyotal Celica

Please let me know if anyone has raced these cars with their C230K....

PS. If you know anyone that wililng to sell used shocks and springs for the C230 let me know..

Do you really want my old shocks? You can have them if you pay for shipping. Why do you want them. Just to let you know, they're completely shot.

Nice Doug.. Let me know if you take out any other cars...

Thanks for the offer on your shot springs.. but... gonna have to decline... shot shocks wouldn't do me any good..

Keep up the racing...

Even funnier: My roommate has a Dodge Dakota sport with the V8. He took a 2002 Porshe Boxter. If I only had it on video....

You should race the Dakota..
Does anyone in this site race their Benz's?????

I never hear anything about 1/4mile times, 0-60times and other times nor race results...

You should race a 99 C230K... Tell me how it goes..

i would beat a 99C230K. I have them beat on every thing but weight, which is less than 100lbs. difference. The Dakota can take me all the way up to 50 miles per hour. He has a lot done to it. It's so funny to see people mess with him. Here's another good story. We were sitting in 3 lanes of traffic. There was a new Celica next to a Civic Si. They were both revving up their engines ready to race. They didn't even notice us in his truck sitting in the far right lane. When the light turned green we killed both of the cars by a HUGE amount. He also beat a supercharged Civic Si at a track one time. I normally don't race my car except for the occasional traffic light run. I don't even mess with the little rice rockets, there's no point anymore. I only race when I know it will be close, just to find out.
