I just wanted to know if anyone knew where to get a
Becker In-Dash Radio

There's one on sale on US ebay right now. It would probably be better for you to get the audio 10 as it will incorporate your steering wheel controls with it. I'm not sure if the one you posted is CANBUS compatible.

My steering wheel doesn't have radio controls on them. I don't believe w202's had that option. I might be wrong though.

That stereo can be purchased at any Becker dealer. Their website has a dealer listing.

Note that if you use this stereo, you will need a non-fibre-optic CD changer. If you currently have a stock CD changer, it is fibre-optic and will not work with this unit.
