my engine shakes and stall on reverse....
My engine shakes and sometimes stalls when I put it in reverse and when I first put it on drive. But When it starts running, no issue. It runs very smooth even when I'm on the stoplight. Also, the engine stalls when I turn on the AC.
Does anybody know the issue is? Any help would be appreciated.

I would check out to make sure that the alternator is working correctly. With car running, use a volt meter to measure the voltage across the battery terminals, it should be between 13.2V and 14V. If that checks out ok, I would clean the throttle body with carburetor cleaner.

Thanks guys. I did clean the throttle body but still the same. I tested the alternator and it was giving out 15.4V when on idle but it goes all the way down to 12.5V when I put the car on reverse so I'm thinking it is the alternator. I ordered the part and will the replace the alternator as soon as I get it. I'll let you guys know if that helps. Thanks again.
