would these fit
i wanted to know if i would be able to fit these wheels on my car. i know that i have to roll the fenders because they are 19's but i dont know if the bolt pattern and offset are right, i have a 99c230k

Yes, they will fit. You will need to do some rolling though.

2000 MBz C280 Sport
I have that same rims in 18x8 and 18x9 and the front tires rub on the fenders with 225/40-18's on my 2000 C280 with Eibachs and #1 front pads. For sure they are going to rub with wider tires.
