today i try to go in reverse and the car just barely moves, after few tries it finally did but it felt really wierd as the car jerked few times. any suggestion to what this problem may be and wat i can do.

Time to rebuild the trans. I just had 2 trannys apart with the same problem and there was a plate with 20 springs on it and all the springs popped out of the sockets and were damaging everything! get it checked asap.
