Hello all, I tried to use the search function but it came up empty. I need a wiring diagram for a W202 tail lights or does anyone know what each color wire is?

I think these are what you need. They're from my hayne's manual. Consider these a small sample of what the book can do for you. It's definitely a good investment if you want to ever work on your car and you can pick one up pretty cheaply on ebay.
