Dealer said it was the radio itself, but a replacement I got proved that not to be the case. The dealer says it must be the amplifier - so I got one from a dealer in used Mercedes parts (as I did the radio replacement) - and my husband has plugged the amp in and the radio still doesn't play. Am I stuck with paying the dealer high labor charges??? Any suggestions out there? Could it be a fiber optics problem?
