center vents problem

Hey guys I know this has been discussed extensively. I have used the "dash removal guide" here
http://www.zadefaraj.com/dashboard.htm

I took off the glove box and managed to diagnose that the red (number 2, cannot hold pressure) and red-yellow (number 6, very gradually loses pressure when pumped up)

I have 2 questions:

1) everyone seems to talk abt replacing the "billow" but I have no clue what this billow is? what does it look like? where do i buy a replacement?

2) I am having trouble tracing these vacuum lines. The solid red appears to go behind the passenger side air bag and seems impossible to get to. Does anyone have any advice or a diagram of some sort?

Any help will be much appreciated, this center vents issue is driving me crazy in the recent heat wave in my area!
