Spring pads ?
Hi there, i'm new to the forum, i'm from South africa & have browsing the forums on & off for around 5 years

Anyway, are these spring pads the round hard rubber ones found on top of the spring similar to the w201 (190E) which are available in different thicknesses thus effectively lowering the car's ride height ?

Yup I believe they come in 5mm, 9mm, 13mm, and 17mm

5mm being the ones to use if one needs lower ride height i suppose ?

It depends on which ones your car comes with stock. Mine came with #2 (9mm) and I switched to #1 (5mm).
