AC not cooling car off

I have a 1995 c220. With the hot weather lately my car doesn’t cool off in high temperatures. I keep the gauge at the lowest setting and it doesn’t cool the car off. If the temperature is below 84 the car cools off fine. What could be the problem? I don’t see any leaks or blockage.

I would start by checking the system works and get a gas refill. At the same time get a dye injected so you can trace leaks with a UV light.
