does anyone know the torque setting for cylinder head bolt

Arrh...yes!

The head bolts are of a stretch variety. They are designed for one-time-use. Buy yourself a new set for a very low cost.

The instructions are contained with the new bolts. It says something like tighten all bolt in a very exacting specific order to about, say 45lbf.

Then repeat the order process turning the bolts through 90 deg and when finished, then turning the bolts through another 90 deg again.
