reset tool, manual..

does anyone know if there is a low cost code reader/reset too available for m/b, something like the peake tool for bmw's....also I tried searching amazon for a c-class service manual, preferably something from bentley, but the only one they have is for the w124... found this very strange....I like to do my own repairs (up to a point

and could use these two things, but I'm having a tough time finding anything....all suggestions welcome...

Hi.

I am new here also. Found a guy on ebay who offers MBenz CD repair manuals on many models. I am ordering one this week. The only trouble is he doesn't accept Paypal. His name is Dane and his email address is greatdane1999945@hotmail.com. Just tell him your car's year and model.

Also, I saw someone post on ebay the instructions on how to make a reset tool for the service light. Can't recall his name or address though. Do a search of ebay motors and see.

Here is the one I got. Note that it only works for 96 and newer models. It it has already won just go to search and type in creader.

I'm pretty sure my 95 c-280has an obd-II port, inside the cabin, underneath the dash somewhere.... guess m/b was ahead of everybody else on this one as well....thanks for the info, please keep us all posted on how the tool fairs out.....
