C220 stalls once in a while, reasons?

C220 stalls once in a while, reasons?
Had the car scanned got a P0411 code only which I understand is the secondary air injection pump which is emmisions related, but the engine wiring harness is deteriated some but looks to be intact for the most part; can the bad air pump or vaccum lines cause the stalling or would it be something else. I suspect the wiring harness or maybe even a bad MAF. What are your thoughts on the stalling?
