I had found a thread on here that described on how to get to the wiper motor and transmission, due to the fact that they can hear the motor running but the arm was not moving, on there 99 C280, and that wiper transmission nut needed to be tightened, I am having the same problem, and am wondering if I was to tighten up the bolt on the wiper transmission my arm would work, but cannot get to the three clips in the middle, is there a special tool to get them, because the firewall sits in too close
