Long Crank, no high idle at cold start...help!

Long Crank, no high idle at cold start...help!
I have experienced no high idle at cold start since two days ago. The fuel pressure at both static and driving are fine, the temp gauge onn the cluster shows 154 degrees with the car cold (scan tool reading), and the air intake sensor is showinng double the temp at cold start up as well. I changed the MAF b/c the air intake temp sensor is integral to it and I also changed the engine temp sending unit... no luck. The ECM is thinking that the car is at operating temp at cold start up and is pulling back the fuel ratio and not allowing high idle to engage. I need some advise on next step...I am an ex- Ford and ASE master and need some MB wrenchers to assist me if possible (I teach High School Bio now!)...I live in south Florida and this probelm started when the temp went down to 32 degrees the other day...once car is warmed up it runs perfect...no codes...Thanks
