Hello,
Yesterday, while backing out of the driveway, I accidently hit my rear taillight . I noticed that the taillight unit itself was fine, but the red colored glass was shattered and cracked. Does anyone know if I could just change the glass, or if I have to purchase the whole taillight? Additionally, does anyone know any good replacement part websites. My Mercedes is a 1997 C230. Thanks a lot for your help.

 

i would tell u to go check ebay, but from what it looks like, they usually sell cheap light lenses that don't really fit right -- letting water and moisture get into the well and screwing up the light. i think u have to find oem ones at the dealership, thru ebay (OEM of Bosch only) or go to the junkyard or check classifieds. Also, Bekkers.com maybe will sell a single lens???
