M104 CEL P0341 Camshaft Position Sensor

M104 CEL P0341 Camshaft Position Sensor
Hey guys,
I just got this CEL with P0341 code. The CEL came on couple days ago which was after my dad accidently pumped 89 Octane into the car. I am not certain that that is the actual cause of the code. Upon my research, I have found instructions to the Camshaft Magnet Adjuster and some that mentioned the Camshaft Senor. I took some time to take the cover off and I have found some interesting things. There was grease all over the lower half of the Camshaft Magnet Adjuster as well as the connection/harness.
Here are some pictures:
I have taken off the adjuster already and cleaned up some of the grease. However the clips on the harness had cracked off, now I will need to buy a new harness to replace it as well.
My question is... Which is the correct one to replace? the adjuster or the black sensor on the right of the adjuster? Some people mentioned taking out the 8mm nut but I do not know what that does exactly (it spins freely).
Any help would be MUCH appreciated!
