C280 runs for a bit then dies
Hey guys I am looking at a C280 locally with ~143 000 miles. The owner says that the engine is able to start but it has unstable idle and lack of throttle responses. So it won't be able to drive "far". Apparently, this car was parked outside (with -30c something) and the headlight left on. After a jump started, the engine idle became rough and lack of throttle responses. Per MB, this car has a "throttle body faulty" problem so his friend installed a rebuild throttle body and new battery on this car but the same symptoms remain.
This car starts, the the engine does not die when idling, but it is rough.
Do you guys think it is the OVP?

did u check the fuse from the top of the OVP? Also, I would disconnect the MAF and see if you get a different result, if it runs with MAF disconnected, a replacement/cleaning is in order.
