How long does it take to get an answer on these forums?!
I posted a thread a while back and I am not getting any help. All I want to know is what the voltage is supposed to be on the Blower regulator. I need to know if I need to replace that or look elsewhere. The fan works when hooked to an alternate power source, the fuses are good, not sure how to check the relay or where it is located. All I know is the blower stopped and it is just getting hotter everyday.
Any help would be appreciated

After getting no help at all from this or two other major Mercedes forums I went ahead and bought a new Blower Regulator. Just for those browsing, this did fix the blower. Now I am low on AC so I need to find the steps for recharging. But this time I will find that information elsewhere rather than waiting on this site for months to get nowhere. Thanks for all your help guys..

I have experienced a long wait too but I have gotten a fast reply as well. I think its Father's Day wknd and most are away or not really online. What was your issue exactly? My A/C is not blowing cold right now but the blower works and I can not find a leak anywhere.

Oh no, I posted the original over 2 months ago. It has nothing to do with Fathers day. My blower was acting up then just stopped. I ordered the Blower regulator from ebay for 60 bucks, bought some freon and it is now working. Not at max being that I didn't have the system vaccuum out first but it beats 100 degrees.

When the blower stopped working what exactly was going on? No fan?? I tried to have mine charge twice with dye to find the leak if there ever was one. The shop I took it to couldn't find the leak. The AC would be ran out by days end. He suspected it has to be the evaporator core which is under the (damn) dash.

It wasn't blowing as hard for a few days then slowy quit all together. I can't see where this issue would have anything to do with freon though. Mine may have been low on freon before. I had just bought it a month before the blower stopped. The Blower regulator only controls the speed of the fan. It has nothing to do with freon. AC's are not my strong point so I don't have any idea what your issue could be. Sorry
