It's really easy...

ESP off, just a little brake, and stomp on the loud pedal. The front brakes are so much bigger on this(and most others)car that just light pressure will hold the car in place, and the torque surge breaks the rear tires loose.
Once the rear tires are spinning they are obviously not hooked up,so it takes very little brake-pedal pressure to hold the car in place.
With cold tires you can omit the use of ths brakes-just turn off the ESP and stand on it.Just be sure there's clear road ahead of you.

instead of ESP, I have ASR...

turn off ASR cause that will prevent wheelspin, then hold down the brake with the left foot and floor gas with the right

make sure you have nothing really heavy in the trunk or anyone in the back seat, my car has more of a difficult time with more weight

You all should really find something better to do with your time.
