I feel sorry for anyone in need of buying expensive fog lights. $800 bucks for a pair of fogs simply is
I wish I could help more, but I myself am currently looking for real xenon headlights for my C-class.

i think bekkers has the oem housing xenon kit for 1100 or so. it wont have that autoleveling feature i dont think and it isnt dot approved still.
personally i'd just get a 4300k-5500k aftermarket kit from phillips or hella (both german) they are good quality and have a white/blue tint similar to the audi/bmw
mbz uses 4300k pure white
but then the newer ones like in the S/E have a blue tint
prolly 5500k

Thx rincewind, I will look into the information you told me about. I know aftermarket kits are a lot cheaper and probably look similar to xenons, but I think I want the real thing since I have a Mercedes!
Sorry, I am not going to get into this class thing, it just came up. It is my preferrence as I should say to have xenons.
Again I hope to get some xenons around $1,000 bucks or so, but hopefully not to much more than that!

you should prolly check this out
mbz oem 4300k (white)
daytime light is 5500k
Lemans racers use 6000k on their car. (blue/white)
even tho 4300k is the highest interms of lumens
the 5500k is daylight and for some ppl they get better contrast
on road, rather then seeing just ure white
heres a pic of a oem xenons and an aftermarket hid by hella (7500k I think... cuz its purple) but if you stick with 5500 you will get a nice white/blue tint, its cool.

Rincewind, Thank you very much for sharing the information and clips with me. It was very uh... "enlightening" shall I say. Maybe your right. You probably are... but getting a 5500 or 6000 k bulb kit ain't such a bad idea. The purple-blue (ish) light (7300k) even looks good. Xenon lights might not be worth it huh? Oh well, I will see what I can get. Authenticity can be a heavy price to pay.
Originally I wanted to get xenons headlights with the round circular inner lenses like those in the current S-class and BMW X5. But I know that those inner circular xenon lenses in the headlights are not available for our C-class cars.

thanks Osocold707, but I doubt the inner circular xenon lenses are for the w202 C-class. Looks like it's more likely for the previous SL!
