A Few Questions
I looked around in the this forum and couldnt find anything about this.
I'm looking to get a C230K Sport or a C280 Sport around July. I've heard that the C230K is just about equal to the C280 but Renntech has more upgrades for it (although I dont think I can ever get one since they're all pretty expensive).
I know that in the future I would want to do something so that, for lack of a better phrase, I could make the car faster. Is the C230K better than the C280 for this?
Also, does anyone know how much the Kleemann Kompressor system for a C280 is? I saw something in here about how Kleemann discontinued it, but I'm not quite sure. What about the Kleemann boost-kit for a C230K?

If u are thinking about getting a c230k, a k23 kompressor upgrade from kleemans can range from $599-899 if it was made after the summer of 2000, if it was made before, it would cost you around $1,752. All of this information i got from evosport.com so i don't know if this is exact or not.
I don't know why the year of the make is so important and can cause such a price difference. anyways dont expect me to know too much about kleemanns
Personally my experiance with the c230k is good, and i never rode in a c280 before. All i envy from the c280 is the electronic climate control that i don't have . I like the deep rumble of the c230k's kompressor and personally i like the Kompressor emblem on the back of the trunk
Anyways both cars are good so good luck with your choice!

umm
what? was that just some sort of lame attempt at making fun of me? they're called "boost-kits", not turbo kits as i previously said; you can find them on Kleemann's website at http://www.kleemann.dk/tuning/f_boost.htm
If you click on Boost kit 2,3 you'll see a chart and graph that show the actual performance improvement.
