Tornado

I was wondering about using the tornado system. It says that it should help improve gas mileage and possibly horsepower. Thanks for starting this thread.

I have read good things about the system but did not know how it worked on certain cars. Works great on some older cars, but not to sure on the newer/Euro cars.

I called them and they said it doesn't do anything useful to the W202's. It only works well on the loop style air cleaners.

For those who haven't guessed already the Tornado system is totally useless.

Audi 80 Quattro (with a couple of modifications)
The only thing the tornado is good for is creating a lot of turbulance in the intake on old carburated cars to held atomize the air/fuel mixture. On new/more sophisticated cars the tornado does nothing but create drag in the intake reducing your hp.
