Chrome Rims on C Class

Hello,

I have read about several places that will take your present rims, and chrome them. Does anyone have experience on chroming, and would you recommend it or not. Please post some pics if you have done this to your cars.

just make sure its triple chrome plated or whatever

so it wont chip etc

I have a perfect set of Mono II's that are chrome plated for sale, let me know.

17"x8.5 both front and rear.

I read some stuff on chroming and it did not sound good. You should do a online search on chroming and I'm sure the articles will come up. There was something about the portion of the rims detiorating or something. There are probably good places to get rims chromed using good techniques so it just like every other product in this world some good some bad, just be careful.
