1999 MB C230 Kompressor
1999 C230 Odometer and Trip Meter out
All of a sudden today, I started the car and the odometer and trip meter above it are out. All other instrument lighting, radio, climate control, etc....as well as the outside temp gauge and clock work fine. Just the odometer and trip meter above it are out. Any ideas?

Typical "dead pixel" cluster problem. There are threads explaining this problem, and the fixes. Search "dead pixel(s)", or "missing pixel(s)".
