High idle speed

High idle speed
Hi, most of the times I get the idle speed at aprox 1200-1300.
Sometimes it idles fine, 6-700 rpm. I change the overload relay, I found it recommended for a replacement in the previous owner's paperwork and no change. Should I replace MAF sensor? what else can cause this high rpm? Thanks
