I got in an accident.

It was my fault. We exchanged insurance info and didnt call the cops. Im gonna write her a check. How do I make sure I dont get screwed in this and she calls insurance anyway?

you shouldn't have exchanged insurance info if you were just gonna write her a check. but i guess you have to trust her.. hope the 202 is ok!
