Overnight buildup of condensation inside windshield
Hi all, I bought my 2000 C230 last November. It's my daughters car to use once she gets her license. I drove the car a few times a week in the winter and never had an issue with condensation on the inside of the windows. I noticed in February there is excessive buildup of condensation in the mornings, only on the inside on the front windshield and back window. This sometimes appears to be fog from the outside of the car, yet there is no fogging at all on the outside. There has been a few mornings where the inside of the windshield has actual water drops formed, like morning dew.
I live in Portland Oregon where it seldom gets below 34 and gets a lots of rain, equivelant to light rain in the rest of the country. The sun rarely shines so the car interior isn't much warmer than outside. The interior does not smell damp, so I don't believe there is a leak in the car.
Anyone seen this before and have a solution?
