1995 C280 jerking issue

1995 C280
Unhappy 1995 C280 jerking issue
Hey guys i'm new to the world of MB and as luck would have it I got a 1995 C280 as my first car The car runs fine when I go easy driving it, however when I am at a complete stop or rolling slowly the car jerks when I try accelerating quickly. It feels like i hit a speed bump 2 or 3 times and the rpm bounces back and forth between 1750-3000. it only happens when I try to accelerate quickly and multiple times it has died on me in the middle of the road because of this. Any advice as to what the culprit is would be greatly appreciated!

Did you have any luck with this issue? The same thing happens to me for a while, but it seems to have taken care of itself.
