top end noise

Not to say the motor is done. At the lower rpm before you take the rpm's up. The claking is way fast. Have you checked all fluid levels? How does the Motor oil look, power steering fluid? I have never personally worked on a kompressor/super charger. If a rod was knocking if would get louder as the motor revs. Check with my buds in club 202!!! Besure to post that vid!!!!! It's a mercedes club geared specifically for all the w202 models!! Hope this helps. And yeah i gotta listen to that clip again.

the oil has to be changed oil
power steering fluid is topped up
it sounds like it dissappears after the revs go up
was doing 120 km on the highway with no noise at all you would think it would be really loud at that speed
