1995 C220
wiper blade
do i have to get a new wiper blade for my 95 C220 from the dealer. my parents normally did it but now im at school with the car and a buddy got me one from jiffy lube but the attachment didnt fit..any help?

WW Replacement
You don't need to replace the entire wiper blade (for like $35). You can replace only the rubber insert. Insert runs about $9 to $11 depending on th MB dealer.
I have not had a lot of luck with aftermarket WW Blades. Most of them didn't have the correct adapter to fit. The only one I could get to fit was Bosch, but their blade missed about 3-4 inches of the outside edge on the back stroke. Three differnt Bosch blades did the exact same thing. This is strange because Bosch makes the blade for MB, but it is a different design. You could try the 24 inch Bosch refill and see how that works in the MB wiper blade if you don't have access to a MB dealer or wanted to try to save a couple of dollars.
