Door sill

Ahhh...my rear drivers side door sill fell off. I was cleaning the area and the thing popped off. I can't seem to get it back on the white piece of tab that it is suppose to be on....anyone help? Suggestions?

If i'm doing that, should I just go for the door sills on ebay? I dunno if those would rust or anything, or should I just go to dealership and get some new OEM ones as the ones I have now are all either cracked or just plain F'd up from age.

The ones on eBay just tape onto the ones that you already have. If the ones you have don't stay on, the ones from eBay won't either.

I recommend going to the dealer and getting the new tabs, if that's what's broken. They're pretty cheap. Or you can buy a whole new door sill with the tabs, it's like $20.

The tabs along the body sill aren't broken...i just can't seem to get the tabs underneath the sills. I see there's a track where the tabs go into, but I just can't get it into there =P I may get new sills from the dealership as mine are all worn out and the metal silver stripes on them are peeling off.

Oooo... pull the tabs out of the round retainer in the car... then slide those things back into the sill from the side. Then push it back in.

Kind of hard to explain.
