high pitch whistling noise when AC is on full blast
This just started happening to my C43. Off and on when the AC is on full blast, I hear a high pitch whistling sound. Has anyone else have had this experience? I had my compressor replaced about 4 months ago but never heard this problem until we went to a Bakersfield, California where temperature was about 107F. Now everytime the AC is on full blast, the sound would come on.

A/C Noise
Is the high pitched noise from inside the car or from the engine compartment?
If from inside the car, sometimes I have noticed if all the dash vents are not fully open, that there can be a whistleing noise. In addition, the climate con system, opens and closes baffels inside the dash to divert air up/down or to the dash vents. Sometimes these air diverting baffels don't open/close all the way and can make a loud vibration/noise when the fan runs at high speed.

check your belt tension and while youre at it, pull the belt off the pulley and check if the bearings in your a/c pulley are fried.
might as well get yourself a new serpentine belt while you have it off too
