Hirschmann antenna repair
I just completed another repair for W-DosZedDos. For the older crowd that has power antennas, this video is a must. The motor ran but the antenna mast didn't. Watched this video and went to work.
Mine had the little plastic pin in the gear broken and the 2 gears ran independently. I first glued the pin in and then ran a self tapping screw through both. I used the dremel to cut off the screw head and grind flush both ends.
I then put it back together and tested until the wife got mad at sitting in the car turning the power off and on. Now I have that mid-90's power symbol, the power antenna. Only need the inner and outer gaskets to install.
I highly recommend the other videos as well.
