Big big problem with my classic!!
Hello everyone:
Last month I bought a C class W202 200 kompressor. Something I wanted to collect and restore.
Anyway, apart from being bad treated I've come to find a big problem:
there's no SAM (signal acquisition module). At least I can't find it nowhere.
My car has the one button remote key, the interior rear view mirror with the green and red lights and the same lights on driver's door.
My question, since there's no signal of SAM is: does he ever have one? Or are the mirror doing this job? Please help...

I looked in my alldata subscription. It has a reference to a SAM front and a Signal acquisition module, but for the life of me I can't seem to find a location for it. It may be in the front in the engine compartment up in that protected section near the firewall.
As for getting help, your original post was a bit hard to understand. If folks cant understand what you want, they may skip it over.
