Unhappy Battery jumped wrong way!

I had a battery problem. Jumped it wrong way ...in mistake. There few sparks. The main fuse blew. Replaced it. Now everything seems to be working. But after this incident, radio not working and BAS indicator lamp comes ON. Checked radio fuses in the fuse box and they are fine. Any suggestions?

So far found all fuses OK. But found a blown fuse on the back of Radio unit. Once replaced Radio is working fine. Brake pads changed, Brake switch changed... but BAS light still come on when I push brake pedal.

sounds like you blew out the radio and BAS system. I'd have a MB technician inspect you're car to make sure nothing is a safety hazard.

Is there a fuse for BAS? Where is it located? I am novice in this matter..

I am too. I think it uses multiple fuses as it's a system that includes a control unit, pressurization chambers, and electric pumps for each wheel. You don't want your brakes to fail on you and it's a complex system so you should have it looked at by Mercedes mechanics as soon as possible. It may be dangerous if you do not.
