Well, my mom and I went to go test drive a Chrysler Crossfire yesterday and she decided to get one. For those of you who don't know, it's the same thing as a SLK 320 with a different body on it and better stereo. That car is awesome and will be sure to post pictures when she gets it.

She wanted a white one but I think she's going to go ahead and just get blaze red. It's a dark red color.

The sticker is $36,000 but after mark-up it's $43,000. I know, an SLK is actually 2,000 dollars cheaper.

 

What's the price for the Shady Looking guy in the drivers seat? Is that standard or add-on?

The shady guy is rather cheap.

I know it's a little low on horsepower but it weighs nothing. It's actually lighter than the SLK. It's faster than my C280 will ever be and it starts in first gear.

After that you get the Chrysler Seat Belt Pads and you'll be movin'.

Known Fact:
Chrysler Seat Belt Pads add a good 20-25 horse.

 

Yeah, I already saw the Renntech kit. I think I'll leave it stock for now since it has active suspension. We actually just bought it a couple of hours ago and I will be sure to post pictures tomorrow.

Yeah, it does have the SL look from the side. The SLK has 17's this has 18's front and 19's rear. This comes standard with everything except for HID lighting. The SLK comes with nothing and you have to pick all the options to match this. This is a limited production vehicle (only 20,000 being produced over the next 3 years and then they will stop production) so it costs more to make. This has an automatic wing that goes up when you hit 57 mph and goes down at 40 mph.

I guess it is as fast as the SLK 320, though it is about 100 lbs lighter. This also comes with autostick so you can shift through the gears on your own and a digital display on the tach shows what gear you're in.

 

I like the color and the interior is nice
