I'm in Va Beach, but that is about 7 hours driving time from Bristol. I can't say for sure, but you may be able to do a Google search, or look it up on Verizon.com in the yellow pages.
Bristol is in the far southwestern corner of VA close to TN. It is kind of "Country" out there - (they love their NASCAR in Bristol)
