Very comprehensive list.

Did a some of the same things when I acquired my 2000 model, though nowhere nearly as comprehensive as yours.

Perhaps I missed it, but do you have changing the oil in the Supercharger in there?

The supercharger is an Eaton M62, and although you could get some overpriced oil for it from Mercedes, I got mine from GM, as they use the same supercharger in some of their models, takes the same oil recommended by Eaton it is significantly less costly through GM.

Was not hard to do. Once the airbox was removed, then remove a bolt, suck out the oil, refill.

Wait really? Never heard of such thong... What kind of oil does it take again? Don't think I have ever done that, think though.

It has been about 2 years since I did it. Was pretty easy.
If you have done all that other stuff, this will be one of the easiest things.
I had to remove the entire air intake box, then you can see the supercharger.
At the bottom, there is a bolt that accesses the oil port.

I just unscrewed it, sucked out the old, and refilled with GM part number 12345982

Look around on line for videos for changing the Eaton M62 oil, you will see several. Mostly Pontiac. Same unit, just a different adapter housing.

When working on mine, I found one with decent photos for the M111.975 engine, but I could not find it today quickly.

I will be changing it again this summer. It is easy, cheap and why not.
