I have 1996 C220 that's having problems with CPS sensor
64 Crankshaft position sensor signal : not recognized/implausible

Recently i did a head job on it and after that it started having this problem
I have changed 2 CPS sensors already since, i know that they do go bad.
any advice appropriated

Symptoms
It cracks but won't start

I did a head job according to WIS marks etc.....

I know it's not a security (since light on rear view mirror) are not flushing when cranking engine

 

The problem and solutions:
1) Wiring (solution, Liquid tape + shrink tubing)
2) CPS Plug (solution, replaced cable with plug from another car)
