c230 drivers lower dash panel removal 1997
I have removed bolts, screws and hood release but the panel is still held by a clip or something at the top of the panel next to the steering wheel on the left side. It is probably some type of clip but I can't see it to be able to tell how to release. Can anyone explain how to remove it. Thanks
