Engine shur down
I'm having an issue with my 95 Benz C220, the engine shuts down about 5 minutes after start up, all idiot lites on, then after 30 seconds to a minute it starts up & runs fine, I connected the OBD-II reader but no codes, so I changed the fuel filter thinking it may be clogged, its been running fine, no shut downs until yesterday while leaving work, car started drove about 5 mins. then engine shut down all idiot lites on, then waited for a minute car started up & I drove home, I did connect the OBD-II & I did get a code 0600 - serial communications link malfunction (CAN - controller area network data bus) has anyone experienced this type of fault & what is the fix, is it an ECU issue?
