Weird HID/Xenon Issue
Hi Guys,
I recently installed a Philips HID/Xenon kit on my 95' C-Class, I am very happy with the results but the clock resets when I turn them on in most cases. No lights flicker while driving and all is good. I hooked the + cable to one of the two positive posts provided under the hood on the drivers side in the small box and grounded one side to the post to the right of the washer fluid reservoir and the other side to a ground over by the wiring harness hookup by the passenger firewall. I'm sure this is hooked up properly, but occasionally when I start the lights up my cluster blinks then the clock resets. I would hate to cause damage to anything! I have included a post from someone else who installed this kit on their MB w/ the same issues.
Any ideas or has this happened to you, if so please chime in. Thank you!!

same issues as mine when i installed it. you already have a bad parklight switch. try raplacing them and install relay on your lighting system.
now i only have busted light warning running on my cluster when i turn the head and fog lights on.
